Laws to decrease Ariz. restaurant openings

The Arizona Republic: The Southeast Valley won't have as many restaurant openings this year as it has in the past two years, according to the Arizona Restaurant & Hospitality Association.
The association's president and CEO said the number will decline statewide because of the recent minimum-wage increase and the Legal Arizona Workers Act. Read more
