Little Caesar’s franchisee implements mobile loyalty solution

A Florida-based Little Caesar’s franchise has experienced its single highest day of sales after implementing Sundrop Mobile’s cardless mobile loyalty solution.

The opt-in loyalty customer database was built in seven weeks and launched Feb. 23, its record sales day.

The multi-channel messaging strategy entailed an SMS text message on Feb. 22, followed up with a pre-recorded voice message delivered using Sundrop’s integration with Twilio on the morning of Feb. 23. By 11:30 a.m., customers began redeeming their text and voice coupons.

Key to the program is the rapid database using Sundrop’s mobile loyalty solution, loyalTXT, combined with a text and voice outbound campaign that drove results. Sundrop’s solution was able to individually track every customer and report redemption rates, opt-out rates and revenue generation tied directly to the campaign.

“Customer response was overwhelming and the results were spectacular,” said Boban Abbate, store owner. “We’re continuing to grow our mobile database rapidly with simple in-store registration and can easily use Sundrop’s dashboard to push out text, e-mail, voice and social media communications at anytime.”
