KUALA LUMPUR -- Eager to drive double-digit sales growth this year, Dommal Food Services Sdn Bhd, which operates 20 Domino's Pizza stores in Malaysia, has introduced new crispy beef and chicken pepperoni pizzas, and multiple combo meals.

According to The Star Online, Allan Ang, Dommal general manager, said the pizzas and meal deals were added to meet customer demand.

The Extended Family combo meal, which feeds five to six, includes any two regular pizzas, a serving each of BreadStix, CinnaStix, chicken wings and a 1.5-liter bottle of Coca-Cola priced at RM44.80 (U.S. $11.78).

For RM33.80 (U.S. $8.88), customers can buy the Basic Family deal (feeds four to five), which includes one large pizza, BreadStix, CinnaStix and a 1.5-liter bottle of Coke.

"The meal sets are cheaper by 30 percent compared with purchasing the items separately," Ang said.

Domino's Malaysian stores are offering a free pizza voucher for deliveries exceeding the company's 30-minute guarantee. Domino's eliminated a similar guarantee in the U.S. several years ago when an accident involving one of its delivery drivers resulted in the death of a person in another vehicle.
