Man gets 35 years for driver robbery

The Muskogee Phoenix: A 20-year-old Muskogee, Okla., man has been sentenced to 35 years in prison for the robbery of a pizza delivery man who was nearly killed. Domino's Pizza delivery man Jason Rush quit breathing and was considered clinically dead for at least two minutes on Sept. 17, 2007, after Robert Jay Peters beat him with an aluminum baseball bat.
