Marco's Pizza, an authentic Italian pizza company headquartered in Toledo, Ohio, opened its second Austin, Texas, area store on March 29. Marco's area representative Paul Hollabaugh, an Austin resident with an extensive franchising background, plans to develop a total of 30 locations in the region over the next five years. Locations include Austin, Bryan, College Station, Georgetown, Killeen, San Marcos, Temple and Waco.

The new Marco's Pizza store is located at 2800 South Bagdad Road in Leander. Austin residents David and Deanna John own and operate the store. The first store, owned by Hollabaugh and located in Cedar Park, opened in February. Currently, there are a total of three Marco's Pizza stores in Texas.

"Marco's Pizza has seen a strong, positive response from Texas and a demand for high-quality pizza at a fair price," said Jack Butorac, Marco's president and CEO. "Marco's is expanding quickly throughout the country and our development in the Austin and Waco areas is evidence of that. We are thrilled about Marco's future in Texas."
