Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers will open its doors in Anderson, S.C., on April 18 under the ownership of Ferrante, Danielle and Mark Johnson.
The Anderson unit will include Mellow Mushroom's signature menu with a wide variety of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones, appetizers, vegan options and a gluten-free crust.
The two-story restaurant also will feature unique artwork, a private dining area and a bar area. It will host trivia and live music weekly, and will sponsor an exclusive beer club with 75 craft beers.
"Anderson is a great community and a great area to do business. Since day one we have been received with open arms by the community, and we are looking forward to bringing a new level of excitement to Anderson," said Ferrante Johnson.
The Mellow Mushroom will operate Sunday through Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
