Mobile queuing solution provider acquires Textaurant Corporation

QLess, Inc., a mobile queuing solution provider helping companies replace physical lines with virtual queues, has announced its acquisition of the assets of mobile paging provider Textaurant Corporation.

"This is exciting news for Textaurant Corporation restaurant owners, who now have access to the world's first and premier mobile wait management solution, Real-Time CRM, and Mobile Marketing platform. QLess offers a multitude of benefits to these business owners that go straight to the bottom line," said QLess CEO and founder Alex Bäcker.

According to a company release, QLess reduces restaurant no-shows by 20 to 40 percent, and walk-aways or turn-aways by 75 percent. QLess allows users to be personally greeted and entertained during the wait, which helps increase the retention rate of customers.
