More than financials: Market Force webinar to discuss use of customer-focused metrics

During the webinar, Jerry Calabrese, former vice president of global restaurant measurement at McDonald's, will discuss the benefits of measuring more than just financial data to drive future same-store growth. He suggests, for example, also deploying mystery shoppers and customer surveys – tools that focus specifically on customer habits.

By combining these different types of data, it provides more insight into what actions you can take to improve your operations. Having more tools in place paints a more concise picture into what is working and what is not.

The right system can pull information from different units and centralize the data so that operators can gauge what actions will best drive sales moving forward.
