With four units open and plans for expansion underway, SPIN! also has added a line of roasted vegetable pizzas on a rustic whole wheat crust, a signature line of deli sandwiches, and a second sangria - Chianti Sangria - to its menu. The additions sharpen the eatery's bargain artisan positioning, while also adding healthier crust options.
The concept focuses on the hand-made, locally produced model of segment contemporaries, but also utilizes a price point and build-your-own aspects borrowed from fast casual. All of SPIN!s ingredients, from its dough to roasted veggie toppings, are made or cooked fresh daily. Customers can choose between a menu of 17 signature pizzas, and an infinite variety of SPIN YOUR OWN! Pizzas. SPIN! also offers gluten-free pizza.
