NetWaiter, a provider of branded online ordering and marketing services for restaurants, is now offering the latest social media and search tool from Google, Google +1, as part of the package for all NetWaiter restaurant clients.

When a customer logs onto a restaurant’s NetWaiter site, they can click the Google +1 button, which places that restaurant on their Google profile as someplace they like and recommend.

"The increased focus on social media of all types is pervasive," said Jared Shimoff of NetWaiter.  "NetWaiter was the first web-based online ordering system to offer Facebook integration and we continue to see social media as an area for growth and a powerful tool to drive business to a restaurant.  Google +1 is an option that provides such referrals and we want our restaurant clients to benefit from them."

NetWaiter also recommends restaurants place the Google +1 button on their own website, next to their other social media icons. Google +1 buttons are now operable on the NetWaiter sites for all client restaurants.
