New after-dark delivery rules enforced after driver killed in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review: Pizza operators are enforcing strict delivery guidelines after a recent rash of crime against drivers. A July 28 shooting on the North Side left one delivery driver dead and has prompted new policies for area pizzerias concerned about crime and safety. Some are instituting a no-light-no-delivery rule, others have eliminated night deliveries all-together.
