New products take center stage at Mid-Atlantic Food, Beverage and Lodging Expo

COLUMBIA, Md. — The Mid-Atlantic Food, Beverage & Lodging EXPO has unveiled its new products for this year's show, set for Sept. 20-21 at the Baltimore Convention Center.  
 
"Restaurant operators can visit this year's Mid-Atlantic Show and peruse through new products available to help them with their businesses," said Licia Spinelli, Director of Marketing for the Restaurant Association of Maryland (RAM), the show's producer. "We're excited to have many innovative and money saving products and services that can help operators in their day to day operations."
 
A Sampling of New Product Premieres includes:
 
Amana Veloci Ovens by Carey Sales &Services- These High speed combination ovens provide one touch cooking and eliminates the cost of an expensive exhaust system.
 
J-Tech Paging Systems by MICROS Mid-Atlantic.  These seating paging systems give hospitality owners a way to improve service and increase efficiency of their floor staff and servable tables.
 
Razzberry Rib Glaze by the Alabama BBQ Company- Capitalize on the fruit flavor craze by offering a unique rib glaze. These innovative flavorings will bring new zest to your menu!
 
Info Cube, by Howard Communications, is an interactive paging system that communicates with customers while waiting for a table. In addition to alerting customers that their table is ready, it can also promote specials and take drink orders ahead of time.
 
Tableside Service Restaurant Kiosks brings electronic ordering and payment kiosks to the diner's table. Patrons use a touch screen to place orders, summon a server, pay for their order and sample optional digital entertainment.
