July 17, 2014

The RapiDOUGH Pizza concept has opened in Providence Town Center in Collegeville, Pa., featuring pizzas, calzones and salads. The offerings are made with locally-sourced ingredients and house-made cheeses, according to a news release.

RapiDOUGH Pizza was created by restaurateurs and brothers Nick Farrell, owner of Sovana Bistro in Kennett Square, Pa., and Tom Farrell, owner of The Classic Diner in Malvern, Pa.

Customers create their own meals or choose from the variety of house creations using ordering software at iPad kiosks. The electronic ordering provides food delivery to the table in about 5 minutes, the release said. More information is available at rapidoughpizzapies.com.
