Organic Pizza Company, a new take 'n' bake concept that offers certified organic, all-natural and gourmet ingredients, is having its grand opening October 3 in Denver's Highlands area. The concept also plans to open another location downtown.

According to the company website, Organic Pizza Company tries to work with local farmers to supply its ingredients. The store's roster of “designer” pizzas include The Donald, with smoked gourmet duck, vodka sauce, and freshly chopped basil to add after cooking; and The Norwegian Pizza with smoked salmon and pesto. The pizzas are made with organic white, whole wheat or gluten-free crust. Customers can also design their own pizzas and salads from a selection of organic and non-organic meats, cheeses, fruits, raw or cooked veggies, sauce, and even take-home fresh herbs to add to the finished, baked-at-home product.

Organic Pizza Company offers, dine-in, take out and take ‘n’ bake, and will deliver within a 2-mile radius of locations.
