Papa John's designs pizza box to support CHUCKSTRONG campaign

Papa John's has designed a special pizza box thanking the Indianapolis community for its support of the "CHUCKSTRONG" fundraiser. In 2012, Papa John's raised more than $30,000 for the IU Health Simon Cancer Center and is looking to beat last year's goal with the new CHUCKSTRONG special for the current NFL season.

The campaign was first launched in honor of Indianapolis Colts' head coach Chuck Pagano, who was diagnosed with leukemia during the 2012 football season.

"We are excited to roll out this special pizza box thanking the Indianapolis community for its continued support of Coach Pagano and his fundraising efforts for the IU Health Simon Cancer Center," said Dan Wenz, Papa John's operations vice president. "Last year, Papa John's was able to help raise funds for cancer research and we look forward to raising even more money this year."

To order the CHUCKSTRONG Special, customers in the Indianapolis area can visit and go to the special offers page or enter promo code CHUCKSTRONG. With each order of the special, Any Large Pizza and 10-inch Cheesesticks for $15, Papa John's will donate $1 back to the IU Health Simon Cancer Center. Each order is available for delivery or carryout and will be placed in the limited-edition pizza box.
