Papa Murphy's plans $70M IPO

Papa Murphy's laid out terms for its initial public offering this week and plans to raise $70 million through about 5.8 million shares valued at $11 to $13 each. According to NASDAQ.com, Papa Murphy's would "command a fully diluted market value of $204M" at the midpoint of the proposed range.

The take-and-bake pizza chain will be listed on the NASDAQ under FRSH.
