Patxi's Pizza opened its third location in Denver's Uptown neighborhood. Patxi's CEO Bill Freeman said the new location will be the chain's largest by both square footage and seating capacity.
"We're so excited to bring Patxi's to a third location in Denver, joining our stores in Cherry Hills at Kent Place and Cherry Creek," Freeman said. "The dining scene in Uptown is growing and we think Patxi's will be a great addition to the neighborhood ... and we think our new outdoor bar and dining area will be something the community really enjoys."
Patxi's Denver locations will soon be offering the Pic-a-Pie Predictive Pizza Ordering System — a proprietary, patent-pending algorithm that allows guests to order Patxi's signature Chicago-style stuffed pizza without the 35-minute window of time it typically takes to bake, according to a news release. The Pic-a-Pie system allows guests to pick a pizza from a queue of near-ready pizzas shown on a tablet. Guests can "claim" their pizzas when dining in or when calling in carryout-out or delivery orders.
