Paytronix adds CRM solution for restaurants

Paytronix Systems Inc. has launched a new Data Insights offering that includes a comprehensive CRM solution geared toward the restaurant industry.

Data Insights combines dashboard reports with a team of analysts that synthesizes data from sources such as loyalty programs, guest surveys, social networks and online ordering to provide a complete view of restaurant guests. With this knowledge, restaurateurs will better understand how customers interact with their concepts, which will enable them to send relevant offers to their guests and, ultimately, increase overall sales.

"Restaurateurs have an unbridled desire to better understand their guests," said Andrew Robbins, president of Paytronix. "Our new Data Insights offering will deliver the understanding they need to create the type of relevant loyalty programs and promotions that drive meaningful incremental sales."

The solution was introduced under the direction of JJ Deutschle, who brings more than 15 years of hands-on data-analytic experience.
