Persona Neapolitan Pizzeria selects Revention for expansion plan

Persona Neapolitan Pizzeria, a Santa Barbara, Calif.-based fast casual concept, plans to roll out a national expansion and has chosen Revention technology for all future stores. Revention technology is also installed at the flagship location.

Persona was founded by CEO Joseph Baumel, a graduate of the Greystone CIA academy in Napa County, Calif., and Glenn Cybulski (COO, Pizziaolo Executive Chef). The concept first opened in February 2013 and was rated the No. 1 pizza restaurant in Santa Barbara by Yelp readers after being open only 100 days.

"I have been a loyal Revention user for many years — there is no other technology I would want to associate the Persona brand with. We plan to deliver a Revention system with our complete menu installed to each new store we open," Cybulski said. Persona offers Neapolitan wood-fired pizza under the direction of Cybulski, a Certified Italian Pizziaolo.
