Pie Five Pizza has introduced its latest limited-time offer – the Meatball Ricotta Pie, featuring a smoked provolone and mozzarella blend, organic marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, Italian-style meatballs and red and green peppers.
“My Uncle Luigi is a legend in the motherland, as much for his colorful language as his classic family recipes. But when it comes to cooking, he’s a gastronomic genius,” Chef Andy Wittman said in a news release. “Our new Meatball Ricotta Pie is a gift of culinary amore, from our family to yours, steeped in rich Italian heritage and crafted specialmente for Pie Five’s guests.”
The new pizza is available at all Pie Five restaurants nationwide until Oct. 12.
