Pizza delivery driver brutally murdered in Florida

LEESBURG, Fla. -- The body of a Papa John's pizza delivery driver, who was reported missing by the store's staff, was found early Wednesday morning in Leesburg, Fla.

According to a police report, the victim, John Horan, 31, of Mount Dora, Fla., had been shot, and was bound and gagged. A truck driver found Horan's body around midnight on Dec. 19.

WESH NewsChannel 2 in Orlando reported that Horan normally worked in the Mount Dora Papa John's, but on the night of his death he had been filling in at the Leesburg location.

Later that day, police located a black 1994 Nissan Sentra Horan was using to make his deliveries.
