MANCHESTER, England -- A pizza delivery driver impaled his forearm on a spiked handrail when he slipped on the steps of a home where he just delivered a pizza.
According to the Manchester News, the 21-year-old driver was speared close to the elbow in the Dec. 28 accident. His arm was cut free from the railing by firemen using hacksaws, and he was then rushed to a hospital with a section of iron railing still stuck in his arm.
The spike was removed and the driver remains in the hospital.
