Pizza delivery driver near death after robbery

OXON HILL, Md.--A pizza delivery driver is battling life-threatening injuries after being shot in a Dec. 28 robbery.

According to The Associated Press, police in Prince George's County, Md., believe two suspects approached the driver just as he completed a delivery at a residence and was returning to his car. One of the two suspects then drew a gun, robbed the driver and shot him multiple times. Both suspects fled the scene.

The driver's name and place of employment have not been released.
