Pizza Executive Summit leaders call for speakers
LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Directors of the Pizza Executive Summit, the premiere collaborative and education-based event for top-level pizza executives, is calling for speakers for its 2010 summit, to be held June 13–15 in Chicago.
Ideal speakers are C-level executives in fields that relate to the pizza industry, and who can enlighten its leaders on best practices and cutting-edge technology for maximum prosperity. This year's areas of focus will include new technology (and gauging its return on investment); corporate culture building; managing growth; integrated marketing; new food trends; and retail, franchising and other profitability strategies. Speakers who have excellent insight and credentials relating to those topics can visit the Pizza Executive Summit Web site to submit qualifications and recommendations for possible inclusion. Operators are encouraged to apply.
Past speakers have included Jamie Strobino, senior vice president of new concepts with Uno Chicago Grill; Rudy Miick, founder of consulting firm Miick & Associates and head of the leadership-based Durga Institute; and Paul Barron, publisher at NetWorld Alliance and founder of the Pizza Executive Summit.
"Understanding executive issues in the restaurant industry has been one of the biggest challenges we as operators face," Barron said.
