LONDON -- According to Business, Pizza Express PLC may return as much as £66 million (U.S. $96.3 million) in surplus capital to its shareholders in order to boost the restaurant group's return on equity. In its report, the magazine cited only unnamed sources it deemed "close to senior management."

Pizza Express outlets have struggled some since the terrorist attacks on the U.S. resulted in a decline in tourism to the U.K. The company will report its full-year results later this summer.
