Pizza Hut ad among most effective for holiday season

Ace Metrix announced its top television ads for the 2012 holiday season, which includes Pizza Hut at No. 10 for its "Big vs. Huge" commercial.

Other companies on the "most effective" list include Craftsman, USPS, JCPenney, Hallmark, Old Navy, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Target, Dodge, Lowes and Sears.

Pizza Hut's ad achieved a score of 612 from Ace Metrix's analytics. The top ad from Craftsman had a score of 658.

The Ace Score is based on viewer reaction to attributes such as relevance, persuasion, watchability, information and more.

Pizza Hut was the only restaurant brand on this year's list. The ad features NFL quarterback Aaron Rodgers and promotes the brand's $10 Dinner Box and Big Dinner Box.
