123Bharath.com: DEHRA DUN, India — Pizza Hut plans to increase the number of its restaurants in India to 100 from 75 by the end of this year.
"We are planning to open 25 more restaurants across India by the end of 2004," said Virag Joshi, CEO of Pizza Hut franchisee Devyani International Pvt. Ltd.
Joshi said as part of its continuing efforts to provide its customers with maximum value, the company has undertaken several initiatives including the "six inches personal pan pizza" at a price of Rs 50 (U.S. $1.08).
