THE COLONY, Texas — Pizza Inn has made DiamondTouch the exclusive POS system for all its new corporate restaurants. In addition, DiamondTouch was reconfirmed as the system of choice for all its franchised units.
According a news release, Pizza Inn director of training Barry Hill called the move to one POS system essential to gathering and analyzing store information on a corporate level, and necessary to Pizza Inn's strategy to open and operate corporate-run restaurants. Since implementing this new direction, the company has more than doubled its corporate-owned restaurants from two to five units, with more on the horizon.
"Selecting DiamondTouch seems natural to us, since we already have DiamondTouch in nearly 80 franchised locations," said Hill. "DiamondTouch is committed to providing Pizza Inn the tools and information we need to manage and grow our business, like enterprise polling. They have proven to be a stable partner for us and are already adapting to our new needs."
