Pizza Plus selects Intura as POS provider

ARLINGTON, Texas — Intura Solutions, a supplier of point-of-sale and management software, and American Plus Inc., have signed an agreement to deploy Intura Vision in all 59 Pizza Plus units located in Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

According to a news release, the contract includes the Intura Vision point-of-sale and business management solution, and the Intura Enterprise Web-portal solution for centralized data management.

"After having tested several other POS systems, we found that Intura Solutions best met our needs and was definitely the best choice for Pizza Plus," said Daniel Morrison, president and founder of Pizza Plus in Bristol, Tenn. "Our restaurants have dine-in, pick-up and delivery sales. Intura Solutions was able to customize the pricing and the food cost calculations for all aspects of those sales. The timely reports provide our managers and district managers with the information needed to better serve our customers and frees them up to do a better job in less time."

System-wide installation is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
