Pizza Ranch adds heat to its menu with two new savory items

Pizza Ranch has added a new Brushfire Pizza and Santa Fe Salad to its buffet menu.

The limited-time menu items feature:

  • Brushfire Pizza: Made with large slices of smoked, peppery sausage, topped with Cajun seasoning and a splash of Tabasco sauce
  • Santa Fe Salad: Contains crisp romaine lettuce, Greek olives, fresh mushrooms, red bell peppers and a sun-dried tomato dressing 

"Pizza Ranch prides itself on offering unique flavor profiles, and our new pizza and salad fit in perfectly with our goal to tempt the palates of our guests with innovative menu items and leave them craving more," said Nancy Jordahl, culinary research and development director for Pizza Ranch. "We couldn't be more excited to add a pair of extremely delicious meal options offered at a great value."

The new items will be available until June 2012.

Pizza Ranch has more than 160 locations in nine states in the Midwest and is currently executing an aggressive growth plan to more than double its presence in key U.S. markets.
