PizzaSpotz, Ford team up with 3 pizza chains to feed veterans

PizzaSpotz.com teamed up with the Ford Motor Company, as well as i Fratelli, Grimaldi's and Marco's pizza chains in the Dallas-Fort Worth market, to deliver pizzas to veterans in honor of Veterans Day.

For the occasion, a 2014 Titanium Ford Fiesta was donated by Ford Motor Company for pizza deliveries to be made to local veterans in the area.

PizzaSpotz partnered originally with i Fratelli Pizza (headquartered in Irving, Texas) for a large pizza giveaway for veterans at the annual Dallas Veterans Day Parade. That effort snowballed into pizza deliveries to various veterans organizations.

I Fratelli Pizza delivered to the American Legion Post #453 in Uptown Dallas. Grimaldi's Pizzeria delivered to VFW Post 10454 in Grapevine, Texas, and Marco's Pizza delivered to American Legion Post #379 in Bedford, Texas.

This was PizzaSpotz.com's inaugural pizza giveaway for veterans.

"We want to do this again next year but on a bigger scale. I just wish we could do so much more for our vets," says PizzaSpotz.com founder Brian Humek.
