Pizza lovers can enjoy their favorite pie and take in the ocean at Imperial Beach, San Diego-based Seacoast Pizza according to the Coronado Eagle & Journal.
The store first opened its doors in 1999 when Rose Talya was the owner. She sold the place in 2007 for medical reasons, much to the disappointment of her son Jonathan.
"He was heartbroken. He grew up here skating and surfing. When he found out it was for sale [again] he was thrilled," said Rose Talya in the article.
Talya purchased it for Jonathan, 23, this time, and now the two make pizzas together.
"I'm ready to retire, but I love what I'm doing. I love to see a smile on people’s faces," Talya said.
Besides the scenic view, the restaurant prides itself on fresh ingredients.
"We shop every day, so everything is fresh," said Jonathan Talya in the article.
Pizza sizes are 14, 16, 20 and 28 inches and range in price from $9.99 to $30.99. Seacoast pizza also serves spaghetti and lasagna dishes. Delivery is available.
