MESA, Ariz. — Point of Success announced the upcoming release of FoodCost Pro Version 2 software, an operational tool pioneered by Big Dave Ostrander.
According to a news release, FoodCost Pro makes calculation of ideal food cost as simple as entering ingredients with their prices, then using those ingredients to build recipes for pizzas, entrees and every item served by a restaurant. When ingredient prices are changed, food cost for every entree is automatically recalculated.
Created in collaboration with Ostrander, FoodCost Pro version 2 combines a dramatically improved user interface and many new features.
