QSR Automations adds new app for small restaurant chains

QSR Automations Inc. has launched several new updates and features to its DineTime platform, including DineTime Host Version 2.4, the new DineTime Assist app and the DineTime Portal.
"In the restaurant business, smaller-scale chain and independent establishments do not typically have the ability to efficiently track and analyze the traffic. It is usually done manually and this poses a challenge when trying to get a comprehensive picture across multiple storefronts," VP of Marketing Steve Higdon said in a news release. "The DineTime platform offers these smaller establishments with the tools necessary to make informed decisions based on actual data that will improve their success."
DineTime Host Version 2.4: The DineTime Host application for the iPad allows restaurants to organize and manage waiting and seated guests while accessing real-time statistics and collecting valuable guest information, such as visit details and guest notes. The latest version of DineTime Host offers a number of new layout and design changes, a menu screen, an option to switch from full screen to split screen, and easy shift changes under the staff tab.
DineTime Portal: A comprehensive online hub which enables restaurants to view their operational data from any web browser. The Portal features a dashboard where restaurant owners can track and analyze guest traffic, wait times and more across multiple storefronts. Additionally, restaurant owners can view and print wait lists for any of their restaurants from the portal in case they need a back-up copy.
DineTime Assist: To complement the Host application, DineTime Assist is now available for iPhones and iPods. DineTime Assist allows waitstaff to make updates in real-time and those changes are synced with DineTime Host 2.4, enabling waitstaff to focus on the customers without having to go back to the host stand for each update.
