"The economies we can offer each other through purchasing, marketing and combining of human resources will bring immediate positive impact for our current franchisees and area developers. ... Their affiliation with Ultimate Franchise Systems, Inc., a company with investments in over 400 franchise units, will help attract larger and more sophisticated developers for Westshore Pizza, as well as their other concepts."

Dan Patterson, president of QRVI said his company had been looking to invest in a company it could develop in its existing markets. "We believe Westshore is positioned to grow rapidly and will greatly enhance our position as a regional consolidator and developer of exciting brands."
