DALLAS — Rockland Technology Group, software developer for the DiamondTouch Point-Of-Sale System for pizza restaurants, has changed its name to DiamondTouch, Inc.

"Since the introduction of our flagship product in 1995, we've become known in the pizza world as DiamondTouch. Frankly, most people just didn't know the Rockland name," DiamondTouch President and Chief Executive Officer Tom Bronson said in a news release. "We see this move as a natural progression to align our name with how we're known in the industry. We've been pursuing the corporate name DiamondTouch for almost four years in the state of Texas. The minute it became available, we jumped on it."

The DiamondTouch POS System couples a graphically driven, easy-to-use order-entry interface with powerful management reporting tools to provide a comprehensive pizza restaurant management software package.
