Rockland Technology Group restructures to boost service

DALLAS -- In order to improve customer service and streamline order fulfillment, Rockland Technology Group, Inc., announced that it has split its Technical Support Department into two new departments, Customer Support and Production.

Tony Moreno, former head of the combined departments, has been named production leader, and Bobby Yates was named customer support leader. Additionally, Kari Stern was named office leader.

"With our company's explosive growth over the last year, splitting the Technical Support department into two distinct departments with clear focus will enable us to fill new orders quicker, become more intimate with our customers, and better serve their needs after installation," said Rockland CEO Tom Bronson, in a news release.

Rockland Technology Group is a Dallas-based producer of the DiamondTouch POS system.
