Russo's targets Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas for expansion

Russo's Restaurants, parent company of Russo's New York Pizzeria and Russo's Coal-Fired Italian Kitchen, announced plans to "significantly" expand its presence in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas, all of which already have a current Russo's presence.

According to a news release, an additional 12 to 15 restaurants are planned to open during the remainder of the year throughout markets like Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin. Currently, there are 25 Russo's Restaurants in development.

The company announced it has also opened its first Hawaii location in Ewa Beach.

"We've exceeded our growth goals," Chef Anthony Russo said in the release. "Russo's expansion just cannot be contained, and we are pleased to provide our loyal fans with additional Russo's locations in these three lucrative growth markets."
