SmartAVI, a provider of audio/visual signal management solutions, introduced the DigiMenu-Pro, an all-in-one menu solution targeted at restaurants, cafes and other foodservice venues.
According to a release, the plug-and-play product features a small hardware box with an HDMI output and SmartAVI’s software to run and update the menu board over the Internet. Users can choose from a variety of templates, build their own menu or have the SmartAVI team create a menu for them. Menu items can be changed manually or through a scheduling feature.
"We developed the DigiMenu-Pro by mixing our digital signage expertise with the precise needs of restaurant owners," said Albert Cohen, CEO of SmartAVI, in the release. "Users can make better menus while saving big money on unnecessary printing and reprinting costs on their old menus, too."
The system is priced under $1,000.
