LYNDEN, Wash.—POS maker SpeedLine announced the launch of its new online management information service for multi-unit pizza operators called of SpeedLink Enterprise.
According to a news release, SpeedLink Enterprise is a secure online information service designed to help multi-unit pizza companies operate more efficiently and profitably. Companies can use SpeedLink to do direct customer database marketing for all locations from the head. The system automates store-to-corporate polling and enterprise reporting, simplifying new manager training and streamlining company communications.
The new Web service makes it easy to administer POS systems at multiple locations through managing menus for multiple stores from the head office, and sharing documents and key information between locations. It even allows companies to collect daily performance numbers from locations that are running different POS systems—or no POS system at all.
"We have completed a successful beta test program with Abby's Legendary Pizza in Oregon and Pizza Ranch in Iowa," said SpeedLine vice-president of development Terry Haan. "We are excited to introduce SpeedLink to the pizza community at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas," March 16-18.
SpeedLine President John de Wolde added, "From the beginning, we have designed SpeedLine for growth-focused multi-unit pizza companies.
