The supply chain support provider SpenDifference is soliciting responses from restaurant chain executives for its menu price tracking survey.
All participants will be entered to win one of 10 $100 Amazon gift cards and will receive a complimentary copy of the findings.
SpenDifference CEO Maryanne Rose said the goal with the survey is to provide operators with unique insights that help them succeed in a competitive environment.
"This survey looks back at chains' 2013 price changes, as well as their pricing strategies for next year," Rose said. "It also includes questions about their plans to serve organic, locally sourced, gluten-free and lower calorie items – all big trends in the restaurant industry."
