Sutus launches LiveCoach order taking technology

SUTUS Inc., a technology specialist for the pizza franchise industry, has announced the launch of LiveCoach, a new technology feature that gives pizza delivery locations a new way to train staff during the order taking process.

SUTUS LiveCoach allows managers to listen in real time to customer calls and guide the staff member without the customer hearing.
