GAITHERSBURG, Md. -- Jerry's Subs and Pizza is scouting the Baltimore area for several new business sites.
According to the Baltimore Business Journal, the 100-store Jerry's wants to open 30 new restaurants in the next two years.
The company is seeking spaces ranging in size from 1,300-2,500 square feet, and food court space ranging from 600-800 square feet.
Jerry's stores typically are located in grocery-anchored shopping centers, regional malls, office parks and business districts.
The chain sells New York-style pizza and subs, and operates stores mostly in the Washington, D.C., area. Other locations are in New York and Florida.
According to the Washington Business Journal, Jerry's posted revenues of $51.5 million in 2001.
