Travel + Leisure has come up with its 20 best U.S. cities for pizza. Below is a summarization.
No. 20: Orlando, Fla., with a reference to Epcot's Via Napoli and Winter Park's Prato.
No. 19: Baltimore, where "two of the city's best pizzerias rely on coal-fired ovens," including Chazz: A Bronx Original, and Joe Squared.
No. 18: Los Angeles, with Mario Batali's Pizzeria Mozza, downtown's new Bestia and Angelenos.
No. 17: Memphis, Tenn., buoyed by Hog & Hominy and Aldo's Pizza Pies on Main Street.
No. 16: Houston, featuring Coppa and the food truck Pi Pizza.
No. 15: Austin, Texas, with House Pizzeria's Blue Pizza and Home Slice on South Congress.
No. 14: Portland, Ore., thanks to wood-fired Pyro Pizza and Oven & Shaker.
