NORWALK, Conn. — The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo is offering an early bird registration for the show, which will be held in Los Angeles Aug. 26-28.
Event director Ron Mathews said the show will include new products that have never been seen or tasted, including new international foods to be introduced into the U.S. market. There also will be new demonstration cooking theaters and a pizza pavilion.
Competitions at the show include the Ultimate Barista Challenge.
The show will also coincide with the launch of the inaugural Los Angeles Wine and Food Festival to be co-located with the Expo.
