WyckWyre customer referrals up nearly 50 percent in 2013

WyckWyre, a provider of customizable applicant tracking systems for the food and hospitality industry, has announced it has experienced a 46-percent growth rate of customer referrals so far this year.

To keep pace, WyckWyre's Customer Success Team has doubled in size throughout the past two months.

"We rarely implement any features that our customers haven't requested — we are a customer-driven company," Lisa DiVirgilio-Shepherd, company director, said. "WyckWyre allows customers to have their ideal hiring tool, molded just for them, with no effort other than a quick conversation with their Customer Success Specialist about it."

The applicant tracking system customization has been implemented at franchised units of brands such as Wendy's, Chili's, Burger King, Dunkin' Donuts, Applebee's and others. The company currently works with more than 1,000 restaurant locations nationwide.
