WyckWyre.com, an online talent management solution provider, has integrated new recruitment systems that help restaurant employers manage I-9 verifications, receive Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC), conduct background checks and more.

With I-9 checks integrated into our system, it's now easier to avoid any hassles or fines related to hiring illegal workers. Employers can also leverage Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) seamlessly through the WyckWyre.com system. These credits could earn employers up to $9,000 per hire.
The restaurant industry predominately employs younger workers, hourly workers and also has a high-level of immigrant workers. This leaves many restaurateurs open to legal issues if they are not stringent throughout the hiring process.
"We designed our system to not only reduce employee turnover, but to also limit the liability that employers carry in our industry," Justin Poet, vice president of WyckWyre.com, said. "We accomplished this by incorporating E-Verify (I-9 compliance checks) and background checks into our recruiting tool, as well as many other valuable tools for our customers."
Background checks for employers through WyckWyre.com's system allows employers to check criminal records, employment records, sexual offender searches, address history searches and more with a few clicks.
