zpizza adds customer intelligence platform to manage data

To better aggregate and analyze data from a number of sources, zpizza has deployed a new customer intelligence platform from Market Force Information called KnowledgeForce.

zpizza collects data from satisfaction survey scores, mystery shoppers, Yelp reviews, etc. KnowledgeForce integrates these multiple data streams to provide the brand with real-time data about the operations of each location, as well as the analytics to quickly pinpoint where action needs to be taken to improve performance.

zpizza Vice President of Operations Amir Sabetian uses the system daily to read customer comments and quickly follow up on any emerging challenges. The company decided to implement the new platform to ensure standard service and product as it expands.

The company developed KnowledgeForce to meet that requirement, and has now successfully implemented it within more than two dozen companies across North America.
