The certification, earned through rigorous compliance to the food safety and quality requirements found in the SQF 2000 code, is a statement of Burke's commitment to product excellence. In earning SQF 2000 certification, Burke meets product traceability, regulatory, food safety and commercial quality standards in a structured and cost effective manner.
