Jerry Dryer is the president of Dairy & Food Market Analyst Inc., a dairy market research company headquartered in Chicago.

He is the editor and publisher of the Dairy & Food Market Analyst, a weekly newsletter for dairy processors, milk producers, marketers and end-users -- retailers, restaurateurs, and food manufacturers. If you are not already a faithful reader, Jerry will gladly give you a free trial subscription.

Jerry has honed his expertise in the dairy foods business for 32 years as an analyst, writer, editor, lobbyist and marketing communications consult. He has been on the staff of the National Milk Producers Federation and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

He also served as the editor of The Cheese Reporter, and subsequently founded Cheese Market News. He later was named editor and associate publisher of Dairy Foods magazine.

In 1977, Jerry launched his consulting business and began publishing the newsletter in 1992.
